Our principal is John Ford, a veteran of the information technology industry with over thirty years of experience.
John wrote his first application while working for the Globe & Mail in 1976 (customer billing). Since then he has been employed by and done consulting work for a large number of well known companies from IBM, to Nortel, to Bell Canada.
His experience in IT systems has included database design, voice and data communications and protocols, web services delivery, web site design, graphics systems, user interfaces, security and risk assessment, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and many other technologies you may want to integrate into your business.
The key to producing value is designing flexibility and resiliency into systems so that they age well, and adapt to changing requirements. What this means for the client is a longer life-span for the system, and less cost to maintain over the long-term. John has the experience to recognize where to design and build the necessary features to create a high-value product while still meeting time and budget constraints.
